Rental conditions

Minimum stay:

7 days (6 nights).

Rental deposit:

No rental deposit is required.

Rental agreement:

After the booking, you will receive the rental agreement online for signature.

Overnight tax:

Stay up to 3 months CHF 5.30/night incl. Bern Ticket (free use of public transport zones 100/101), from 3 months or with official registration in the city of Bern (weekly/short stay) no charges. 

Final cleaning:

CHF 180 (payable at booking).

Cancellation policy:

Up to 31 days and more before check-in free of charge.
7-30 days before check-in 50%.
Less than 7 days 100%.

Termination of lease:

By the 20th of the month, 1 month notice (please contact our concierge).
