1. Management & Building Services
Technical maintenance and building services are provided by

Messages to the management can be submitted via the designated mailbox labeled “HAUSDIENST” or digitally.
2. Arrival & Departure (Check-in / Check-out)
- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. at the latest
Any deviations from these times are only possible upon prior agreement.
Please inform us in advance of your planned arrival and departure times.
3. Laundry & Laundry Room
A shared laundry room is available in the building.
Laundry facilities are operated via the WeWash system.
➡️ Please download the WeWash app and reserve the desired machine directly via the app.
Usage is subject to the posted instructions and time schedules.
Billing is handled directly through the respective laundry system.
4. Security, Keys & Quiet Hours
- Entrance doors must be kept closed at all times.
- Quiet hours: daily from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- In the event of loss of a key or access badge, the tenant is responsible for all costs associated with replacing locks and keys.
- The duplication of keys is strictly reserved for management only.
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments.
In case of violation, cleaning costs and any potential loss of revenue will be charged.
5. Order & Duty of Care
Tenants are required to use
- the apartment,
- all common areas, and
- outdoor areas
with care, cleanliness, and responsibility.
Storing furniture, appliances, suitcases, sports equipment (e.g. skis), or any other items in common areas is not permitted.
If needed, please contact management.
6. Waste & Disposal
- Waste must not be placed in stairwells or common areas.
- Disposal is only permitted in the designated waste containers.
- These are located in House Rothmatt, 2nd basement level.
- The waste area is located in the basement.
- In case of increased waste volume, please consult the building services.
