What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, heating, water, as well as high-speed WLAN and weekly cleaning.

Can I extend my booking?

Yes, extensions are possible at any time if we have available apartments. Please contact your Concierge.

Is parking available?

Parking in the blue zone is available nearby. We are happy to provide you with information about parking regulations in Bern.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.

How quickly can I move in?

Please be advised that you may move into your apartment 24 hours after signing the contract. If the contract is executed on a Friday, check-in will be available the following Monday. Should you secure an apartment over the weekend, we will ensure it is prepared for your arrival on Tuesday.

How does check-in work?

On the arrival day, your apartment is available from 16.00 pm. onwards. You will receive the access details for the key box 5 days before your arrival. Move-in is possible 24/7.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, the minimum rental period is 7 days (6 nights). We offer flexible terms for longer stays.

What should I consider at check-out?

On the day of your departure, you are required to leave your apartment by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. You will receive all additional important information in good time before your departure.

How often is my apartment being cleaned?

We clean the apartments weekly. For longer stays, linens are changed twice a month.

What are the cancellation policies?

The apartment can be canceled free of charge up to 31 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7-30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
